YODAL® is an antiseptic solution based on povidone iodine. The antimicrobial spectrum of povidone iodine includes gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and viruses. In addition to its disinfectant action, it has excellent detergent power, which facilitates its penetration through mechanical action. Its excipients help the product remain on the skin, thus prolonging its activity. This makes it ideal for cleaning and antiseptic preparation of the skin before injections and surgical procedures.

For cleaning and antiseptic preparation of intact skin before injections and procedures.

Instructions for use

Apply a sufficient amount to the area to be treated using a cotton ball and leave it on for 2-3 minutes.

Precautions

Do not use in conjunction with mercury-based preparations. For external use only. Do not swallow. There is a possibility of skin hypersensitivity upon contact. Do not use in individuals sensitive to its components or with thyroid disorders. This product should not be used for prolonged periods or on large areas of the skin. Use with caution in children under 2 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or sensitive areas of the skin. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water. Organic matter can reduce its activity. Keep out of reach of children, food, and beverages.
