It can also be used for degreasing surfaces where foam inhibition is necessary.<\/p>\n<h2>Applications<\/h2>\n<p>The effectiveness of<strong> PREVIO\u00ae S30 AE<\/strong> in removing organic matter, grease, and all types of dirt is achieved thanks to its carefully formulated combination of non-ionic surfactants and bases. <strong>PREVIO\u00ae S30 AE<\/strong>\u00a0can be used in livestock facilities, transportation equipment, various premises, and the food industry for surface and utensil cleaning. For use in CIP circuits and systems, it is recommended to use it at concentrations of 0.5-1%, allowing the product to circulate for 1 hour. For washer boxes and other spraying systems, use a dilution ratio of 1 to 2%.<\/p>\n<h2>Application Method<\/h2>\n<p><strong>PREVIO\u00ae S30 AE<\/strong> is used diluted in water at concentrations ranging from 0.5% (1 part in 200 parts water) to 4% (1 part in 25 parts water), depending on the level of dirt present. For use in CIP circuits and systems, it is recommended to use it at concentrations of 0.5-1%, allowing the product to recirculate for one hour. For washer boxes and other spraying systems, use a dilution ratio of 1 to 2%.
