Acid Foam Cleaning. PREVIO® Acid is an acidic detergent designed to remove mineral and inorganic deposits from all types of livestock and industrial facilities, as well as the food industry. The effectiveness of PREVIO® Acid in removing mineral encrustations is achieved thanks to its carefully formulated combination of non-ionic surfactants and inorganic acids.

Due to its composition, PREVIO® Acid acts vigorously on deposits adhered to surfaces and ducts, leaving the treated surfaces free from these residues. Its acidic formulation has been developed to target this type of dirt commonly found in the aforementioned activities.

Applications

Due to its versatility and descaling capacity, PREVIO® Acid can be used in livestock facilities, transportation means, various premises, and the food industry for cleaning surfaces and utensils such as boxes, trays, tanks, pipes, slabs, drums, and other types of equipment affected by mineral deposits.

PREVIO® Acid is designed to be used in the acid cycle of dairies, cheese factories, yogurt production plants, beverage bottling plants, meat processing industries, and other food industry installations. It can also be used in circulation systems for pipelines.

Application Method

PREVIO® Acid is used diluted in water at concentrations ranging from 1% (1 part in 100 parts of water) to 10% (1 part in 10 parts of water), depending on the level of dirt present. The product is applied through spraying, brushing, washing, or immersion. It can also be used with foam lances at a concentration of 2-5%. After letting it act for a few minutes, rinse the surface thoroughly with water.
