Uses/alternatives:

PREVIO DAIRY Acid is a powerful descaler formulated with inorganic acids and anticorrosive agents. It has a high descaling power for calcium and magnesium salts, as well as organic-mineral precipitates (milkstone).

It is biodegradable and, being non-foaming, it does not cause any issues in circuits with higher turbulence.

It is not corrosive to stainless steel when used according to the provided instructions.

Dosage:

  • For milking equipment and CIP cleaning.
    Concentration: 0.5-1%.
    Temperature: 50-60°C.
    It should be used daily or once or twice a week.
  • For immersion:
    Concentration: 2-5%.
    Temperature: 40-60°C

Rinse thoroughly after use, avoiding contact of the resulting acidity with food or beverages.
